Canada Life is seeking an experienced Appian Senior Developer to design| develop| and maintain enterprise-grade Appian applications supporting digital transformation initiatives. This role focuses on building scalable| high-performing solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective workflow automation and system integrations.

Role Descriptions:

- Design and develop Appian applications| interfaces| and workflows
- Build and optimize business process models and case management solutions
- Develop integrations with enterprise systems (e.g.| APIs| databases| OnBase)
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and Appian solutions




- Ensure performance optimization| scalability| and reliability of applications
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning| stand-ups| reviews| retrospectives)
- Collaborate with architects| business analysts| and QA teams
- Support testing activities| including unit testing and UAT
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and application defects
- Follow development standards| governance| and best practices
