Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Appliance Repair Technician to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide variety of household appliances, ensuring they operate efficiently and reliably. Your expertise will help customers restore their appliances to optimal performance, providing exceptional service and technical support.

Responsibilities

- Diagnose appliance issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools to identify root causes.
- Perform repairs on various appliances including washers, dryers, refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, and HVAC units.
- Utilize electrical experience and mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot complex systems accurately.
- Follow safety protocols and industry standards during all repair procedures.
- Communicate clearly with customers about repair processes, timelines, and maintenance tips to enhance their experience.




- Assemble or replace appliance components as needed to restore full functionality.
- Maintain detailed records of service visits, repairs performed, parts used, and diagnostics for each job.

Requirements

- Proven electrical experience with the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to appliance systems and HVAC units.
- Hands-on experience with appliance repair across a variety of brands and models.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
- Familiarity with schematics, assembly instructions, and troubleshooting guides.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced workplace while managing multiple service calls.
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
