Requirement Summary:

- The AI tax planner and audit modernization projects, require application architects rather than data architects, despite some interview focus on data governance and Medallion architecture.
- A background in the financial domain is required, a combination with health tech and Fintech experience would also work due to similar compliance security and data requirements in these industries.
- Cloud experience is mandatory, with a strong preference for Azure, though AWS and GCP are acceptable.
- Candidates must understand messaging concepts like Kafka and know when to apply them, but deep expertise is not required.
