Répartiteur(trice) / Coordonnateur(trice) des rendez-vous (Temps partiel – Télétravail)

Nous sommes à la recherche d’une personne bilingue (français et anglais), organisée et dynamique pour se joindre à notre équipe. Il s’agit d’un poste à temps partiel d’environ 4 heures par jour, 7 jours sur 7, effectué principalement en télétravail.

Les principales responsabilités sont de planifier les rendez-vous d’installation, envoyer un message texte de confirmation aux clients la veille de leur rendez-vous, répondre aux appels des clients actuels et potentiels, gérer les annulations et les changements d’horaire, et assurer le bon déroulement de l’horaire quotidien.

La personne recherchée doit avoir d’excellentes aptitudes en communication, être très organisée et offrir un excellent service à la clientèle. Une expérience en répartition, en prise de rendez-vous ou en service à la clientèle est un atout, mais n’est pas obligatoire.

Appointment Booker / Customer Service Coordinator (Part time – Remote)

We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and bilingual (French & English) Appointment Booker to join our growing team. This is a part-time position (approximately 4 hours per day, 7 days a week), with the majority of the work completed from home.

Responsibilities include scheduling customer installations, sending appointment reminder texts the day before each installation, answering inbound calls from existing and potential customers, handling cancellations and rescheduling, and keeping our daily schedule running smoothly. Strong communication skills, excellent organization, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service are essential. Previous experience in scheduling or customer service is an asset but not required.

Pay: $34,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
