Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Architect to join our creative team, driving the design and development of inspiring architectural projects. In this role, you will lead the conceptualization, planning, and execution of diverse building designs, ensuring they meet client needs, regulatory standards, and sustainability goals. Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive architectural concepts and detailed drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, Rhino (Rhinoceros 3D), and 3ds Max to bring innovative ideas to life.
- Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders through negotiation to align project goals and expectations.
- Lead project management activities including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery within scope.
- Prepare construction documents and renovation plans that adhere to local building codes and safety standards.
- Utilize Bluebeam for efficient document review and markup processes throughout project phases.
- Conduct construction estimating and assist with procurement processes to maintain cost control.
- Oversee drafting teams and coordinate with consultants to ensure design integrity during all project stages.
- Use Adobe Creative Suite for presentation materials that effectively communicate design concepts.




- Manage business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and cultivating client relationships.
- Apply construction experience to oversee site visits, monitor progress, and resolve in office issues promptly.

Experience

- Proven experience in architectural design with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse project types including renovation and new construction.
- Extensive knowledge of CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, Rhino 3D, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with Bluebeam for digital document management and construction estimating tools.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, budgeting practices, and project management methodologies.
- Experience negotiating contracts and managing client relationships effectively.
- Hands-on experience with construction site supervision or fieldwork is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and sustainable design principles is essential.
