Architectural

Design for renovations, custom homes, multi-unit and T.I projects

- Oversee on site measuring and drawing of as built conditions.
- Oversee + develop and draw working drawings for construction and permitting by utilizing AutoCAD, based on sketches and designs.
- Oversee + generate 3D drawings 5. On site meetings with clients, professionals, and team members

Architectural

Design for renovations, custom homes, multi unit and T.I projects

- Civic liaison working with municipalities for permit application process

Requirements

· Architect AIBC or in process of securing A.I.B.C certification

· Minimum 10 years experience in the B.C. residential construction industry

· Clear + current knowledge of the B.C. Building and Step Code & Municipal By Laws





· Experience with both renovation and new construction Part 9 single-family residential

· Excellent communication skills and composure

· Excellent written and verbal command of the English language

· Experience and proficiency of AutoCAD and google SketchUp in addition to other similar software

· Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel and other basic computer skills

· Understanding of Worksafe BC residential construction Health & Safety Guidelines · In this position you will be held to a high standard and must be willing to learn and expand your knowledge in this field. And build a growing collaborative team

· Built Green, Net Zero, Passive House and high-performance design experience is an asset.
