We specialize in accessory dwelling units called ADUs, which are independent homes built in residential backyards. Our mission is to help homeowners expand their living space by delivering efficient, high-quality construction with full support from design to permitting to completion.

We are looking for an Assistant Site Superintendent to support our Site Superintendent in managing construction projects on site. You will help coordinate daily activities, oversee subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Your role includes: Assisting with daily supervision of construction crews

Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers

Monitoring project progress and reporting updates

Helping enforce safety protocols on site

Communicating with project managers and leadership team

Identifying and helping resolve on-site issues promptly





Maintaining accurate records and documentation This role offers valuable experience in construction management and leadership.

Qualification We are seeking candidates who: Have some experience in construction or site supervision roles

Understand basic construction processes and safety standards

Are organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Possess positive communication and teamwork skills

Are proactive, detail oriented, and solution focused

Have the ability to read construction drawings and plans is an asset Experience with residential construction or ADUs is preferred but not required.
