MODE Built, a rapidly expanding local home renovation company, is looking for a full time assistant site superintendent.

We are searching for an energetic, dependable employee with attention to detail, initiative, and a willingness to learn and adapt.

Assistant Site Superintendent

RESPONSIBILITIES

Our in office (field) team needs assistance with:

- Communication with trades, suppliers, office team and home-owners
- Residential construction site prep, maintenance and clean-up
- Deficiency repairs, such as framing, minor taping repairs and paint touch-ups
- Door adjustment, window installation, lock installation and miscellaneous hardware installation

- Demolition
- Unloading and moving construction materials, tools and equipment




- General construction help, indoors and outdoors

REQUIREMENTS

- Must have construction experience (minimum 2 years)
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
- Knowledge of building codes and safety codes

- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to repetitively lift up to 50lbs
- You must be bondable (no criminal record)

- Criminal records check

- Fluent in English

- Have a cell phone
- Have your own vehicle (mileage reimbursement).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
