- Manage payroll, budgeting, and cash handling processes accurately and efficiently.
- Oversee merchandising efforts, including product placement, pricing strategies, and inventory purchasing to maximize sales potential.
- Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for sales transactions, returns, and data entry while ensuring accuracy in all financial dealings.
- Implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones through promotional activities and community engagement.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze sales reports, and develop action plans to meet or exceed targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized store environment that complies with safety standards and enhances the shopping experience.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and training sessions focused on sales techniques,



customer service excellence, and organizational skills.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism using phone etiquette while resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Skills

- Proven experience in retail management with supervising responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Robust negotiation skills with the ability to influence purchasing decisions and vendor relationships.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse customer bases.
- Excellent recruiting, interviewing, training & development skills to build a motivated team.
- Proficiency in payroll processing, bookkeeping, budgeting, and administrative tasks related to store operations.
- Deep understanding of merchandising principles including pricing strategies and product placement.
- Skilled in using POS systems for sales transactions and inventory management; familiarity with purchasing procedures is a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Exceptional communication skills paired with strong organizational abilities for seamless store management.
- Experience in marketing initiatives aimed at increasing foot traffic and sales growth within the community.
