Our client differs from the traditional accounting firm, offering an alternative business model to partner-led accounting services. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Internal Audit practitioner who is looking for an entrepreneurial environment, meritocratic progression pathways and consistent work-life balance.

Key responsibilities

- Identifying areas of business and process risk, and opportunities to improve efficiency, increase performance, and help clients manage risk.
- Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and providing exceptional experiences that translate to additional project work.
- Identifying opportunities to integrate product solutions and resources to improve client service capabilities.
- Discover prospective project work with current and potential clients through networking, knowledge-building, and client interactions.

Key knowledge requirements:




- Audit methodologies and developing valuable internal audit deliverables, including process flows, work programs, audit reports, and control summaries.
- Risk and control programs.
- Business processes such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory, Revenue with knowledge of accounting operations and/or financial frameworks.
- Commonly used International Professional Practices Framework, including COSO and PCAOB.
- Sarbanes-Oxley Act provisions and methodologies for achieving compliance.

Professional qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Accounting, Finance, or business-related field).
- Qualified Certification such as CPA, CIA, CFE, or similar strongly preferred.
