Position Overview:

The Associate Financial Advisor will work alongside senior advisors to provide comprehensive financial planning and investment services to our clients. This is a unique opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in financial services while being mentored in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support senior advisors in developing personalized financial plans and investment strategies
- Prepare client review materials and assist in regular portfolio monitoring
- Conduct research and analysis on investment products, insurance solutions, and financial planning strategies
- Help manage and grow client relationships through excellent service and follow-up
- Participate in client meetings, taking notes and ensuring timely execution of action items
- Assist in business development activities, including marketing and client events





Qualifications:

- Post-secondary education in finance, business, economics, or a related field
- Completion or progress toward financial planning designations (CFP, QAFP, or equivalent)
- Licensed Advisor or willingness to become licensed for mutual funds and/or insurance (MFDA/IIROC and LLQP)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
