Qualifications and Attributes:
- 7-15 years of post-call experience in corporate/energy law from a reputable law firm, or a combination of private practice and in-house experience in oil and gas, power, and renewables, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and project development.
- Proficiency in corporate governance and competition issues.
- A collaborative team player with a robust work ethic and a client-focused mindset.
- Qualified to practice law in Canada.
