Role Description The Associate Investment Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Montreal, QC. This position supports an Investment Advisor team in delivering comprehensive wealth management solutions, including assisting with financial planning, investment recommendations, and portfolio administration.
Day-to-day tasks include preparing client presentations and reports, conducting research on investment products and market trends, and responding to client inquiries in a timely and skilled manner. The role also involves maintaining accurate client records, processing account transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm policies,
and coordinating client meetings and follow-ups.

Advisor collaborates closely with internal partners to help provide an exceptional client experience and contribute to the growth of the advisory practice.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Financial Planning and Finance, with the ability to interpret client goals and develop structured recommendations.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Investments and Investment Strategies, including understanding of portfolio construction, risk management, and market analysis.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service capabilities, demonstrating professionalism, responsiveness, and a client-centered approach.
- Relevant education in business, finance, economics, or a related field; professional designations or progress toward them (e.g., CFA, CFP, CIM) are an asset.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in French is highly beneficial for client interactions in Montreal.
- Comfort working with digital tools, CRM systems, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with investment platforms is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment while exercising sound judgment and maintaining confidentiality.
