- Drive block-level and top-level physical design efforts
- Ensure timely timing closure and sign-off
- Supervise floorplanning and place-and-route activities
- Work closely with global engineering teams for best practices
- Establish and maintain quality assurance in design methodologyRequirements:
- Bachelor’s in Engineering;

a Master’s is a plus

- 12+ years in physical design of complex designs
- At least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proficient with physical design tools, including Cadence
- Solid programming skills in Python or TclLead the charge at Astera Labs, designing vital components that fuel the advancement of AI and connectivity technologies.
