Toronto Family Hearing

Toronto

Toronto Family Hearing is looking for an enthusiastic Audiologist to join our team in downtown Toronto.

If you became an Audiologist because you wanted to investigate, problem-solve, and make a meaningful difference in people's lives—not just fit hearing aids—you'll feel right at home here.

Unlike many clinics, Toronto Family Hearing is a true full-service audiology practice. We care for infants, children, adults, and seniors, offering an exceptionally broad range of diagnostic and rehabilitative services. Every day is different, giving you the opportunity to continually build your clinical skills while working with a diverse patient population.

Whether you're a new graduate eager to learn or an experienced clinician looking for a practice that values comprehensive audiology, we'd love to meet you.

Why Toronto Family Hearing?

For more than 10 years, we've built our reputation on providing exceptional patient care and creating lasting relationships with our patients and referring physicians. Family physicians, pediatricians, and otolaryngologists trust us because we take the time to listen, investigate thoroughly, and always put our patients first.

Our team is collaborative, supportive, and genuinely enjoys working together.

Here, you'll have the opportunity to work with all major hearing aid manufacturers, develop advanced diagnostic skills, and practice audiology the way you were trained.

What You'll Have the Opportunity to Do

You'll be encouraged to work across the full scope of audiology, including:

- Comprehensive hearing assessments
- Adult and pediatric audiology
- Behavioural Observation Audiometry (BOA)
- Visual Reinforcement Audiometry (VRA)
- Otoacoustic Emissions (OAEs)
- Auditory Brainstem Response (ABR)
- Vestibular Evoked Myogenic Potentials (VEMPs)
- Auditory Processing Disorder (APD) assessments
- Tinnitus assessment and management
- Cerumen management
- Hearing aid evaluations, fittings, verification,

and follow-up using all major manufacturers

Don't have experience in every area? That's okay. If you're motivated to learn, we'll help you develop those skills. We're Looking For Someone Who:

- Holds (or is eligible for) CASLPO registration
- Has completed a Master's or Doctoral degree in Audiology from an accredited institution
- Is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care
- Enjoys problem-solving and clinical investigation
- Communicates with empathy and confidence
- Wants to continue learning and growing professionally
- Is comfortable working independently while collaborating with a supportive team
- Is familiar with Microsoft Office and hearing aid programming software
- Can obtain liability insurance, police clearance, and approvals for third-party funding programs (ADP, VAC, DVA, WSIB, etc.)

New graduates are strongly encouraged to apply. Mentorship is available for initial registrants.

What We Offer

We believe that happy clinicians provide the best patient care. That's why we offer:

- Competitive compensation
- Flexible scheduling, including the possibility of a four-day work week
- A collaborative, supportive team that genuinely enjoys working together
- Mentorship and ongoing professional development
- A modern, welcoming clinic environment
- Clinical autonomy with support when you need it
- Exposure to a diverse patient population and complex clinical cases
- The opportunity to continually expand your knowledge and skills
