Responsibilities

- Thoroughly clean and detail vehicles inside and out, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and polishing to achieve a high-quality finish
- Inspect vehicles for any damages or imperfections and communicate findings to the service team
- Use specialized cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively to enhance vehicle appearance
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and ensuring their satisfaction with the detailing process
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and supplies are properly stored and maintained




- Follow safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or damage during detailing tasks
- Assist with additional vehicle preparation tasks as needed, supporting the overall workflow of the service department

Experience

- Prior experience in automotive cleaning or detailing is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Basic understanding of cleaning techniques and equipment operation is advantageous but not mandatory
