What You'll Do

As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional service experience while helping our shop operate efficiently.

Responsibilities include

- Greet customers and perform vehicle write-ups
- Build estimates and present repair recommendations
- Review Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) with customers
- Obtain repair authorizations




- Manage repair orders from start to finish
- Communicate with customers through phone, text, and email
- Coordinate with technicians throughout the repair process
- Handle customer concerns and assist with conflict resolution when needed
- Help achieve weekly sales goals of approximately $20,000-$30,000

What We're Looking For

- Automotive service advisor experience preferred (1-5+ years)
- Automotive industry experience required
- Experience at an independent shop or dealership or both
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using computers and shop management software
- Experience with Tekmetric is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license required

Schedule

- Typically Monday-Friday
- 30-40 hours per week
- Occasional Saturdays during busy periods
