Ideal Auto Service & Tires is a full-service repair, tire, and exhaust shop in downtown Kamloops. We're under new ownership, growing fast, and building something different, a team that's changing what it means to work in automotive. Come be part of it!

We're hiring at the 2nd/3rd-year apprentice through journeyman level. If you take pride in doing the job right and want a shop that's investing in its people, we want to hear from you.

What you'll do:

- Diagnose, repair, and maintain a range of vehicles
- Perform brake, suspension, exhaust, tire, and general mechanical work
- Complete jobs accurately and document your work
- Keep your bay and shop area clean and organized

What we're looking for:

- 2nd/3rd-year automotive apprentice up to fully licensed Red Seal journeyman
- Your own set of hand tools
- A valid B.C. driver's licence
- Strong work ethic, honesty,



and attention to detail
- Someone who wants to grow with the shop, not just clock in

What we offer:

- Competitive pay up to $70/hour, based on experience and certification
- Paid training and support toward your Red Seal ticket and apprenticeship hours
- Steady, full time hours — Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, no weekends
- A downtown Kamloops location and a team that's on the way up
