The Crew Member duties include, but are not limited to:

- Delighting guests with friendly and caring customer service representative of the A&W; brand.
- Working as a team with co-workers to deliver outstanding guest experience and achieve service times.
- Working on the cash register, taking customer orders, receiving payments, and processing transactions.
- Preparing and serving beverages, including coffee, fountain drinks, and frozen beverages.
- Communicating special orders and product shortages to kitchen team members.
- Following food safety regulations and maintaining sanitation, cleanliness, and dining areas.
- Cleaning food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, utensils, floors, and guest areas.
- Preparing food items in accordance with A&W; quality and portion standards.
- Assisting with stocking, receiving deliveries, and maintaining inventory levels.
- Performing other duties related to the day-to-day operation of the restaurant.

REQUIREMENTS

- Experience in the fast-food or restaurant industry preferred.
- Food Handler Certificate preferred.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Basic English language skills.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.
