We are seeking a motivated and dependable AZ/DZ Driver to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating commercial vehicles to transport ready-mix concrete and or gravel efficiently across various locations. Your expertise in heavy equipment operation and freight handling will ensure timely deliveries and uphold our commitment to safety and service excellence.

Duties
- Safely operate AZ or DZ licensed trucks, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies
- Transport ready mix concrete from batch plant centers, and customer sites with precision and care
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, including checking brakes, lights, tires, and fluid levels
- Load and unload ensuring proper handling and securement
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, delivery documentation, and vehicle maintenance records
- Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting as needed to ensure vehicle safety and functionality
- Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with transportation regulations
Skills
- Valid AZ or DZ driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to perform basic automotive repairs and troubleshooting on trucks and trailers
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for documentation and inspection reports
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients
- Physical stamina to handle loading/unloading tasks and long hours on the road
