Role Description

Azure Infrastructure

- Design, deploy, and maintain Azure infrastructure including:
- Virtual Networks (VNets)
- Subnets
- Network Security Groups (NSGs)
- Azure Firewall
- ExpressRoute circuits

Azure Platform Services
- Manage and optimize Azure PaaS services including:
- App Service Environments (ILB ASE)
- Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
- Azure SQL
- Azure Key Vault
- Azure Storage Accounts

Networking & Security
- Configure and troubleshoot:
- Private Endpoints
- Private DNS Zones
- VNet Peering

- Ensure secure connectivity across Azure environments.
- Collaborate with network and security teams to implement:

- NSG Rules
- User Defined Routes (UDRs)
- Azure Policy

Monitoring & Observability
- Implement and manage:
- Azure Monitor
- Log Analytics Workspaces
- Azure Alerts

- Configure diagnostic and monitoring solutions.

Cloud Migration
- Participate in cloud migration initiatives, including:
- Rehost
- Replatform
- Refactor assessments

Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Develop and maintain infrastructure templates using:
- Bicep
- ARM Templates
- Terraform

Azure Networking Enhancements
- Support:
- ExpressRoute Gateway SKU upgrades
- FastPath enablement

Documentation & Delivery
- Prepare and maintain:
- Governance documentation
- Technical runbooks
- Effort estimations

- Coordinate with stakeholders and managed service providers (e.g., CGI) for change management and project delivery.

Essential Skills




- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Robust expertise in Azure Networking:
- Virtual Networks (VNet)
- Network Security Groups (NSG)
- User Defined Routes (UDR)
- Azure Firewall
- ExpressRoute
- VPN Gateway

- Experience with Azure PaaS services:

- App Service
- Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
- Azure SQL
- Azure Storage
- Azure Key Vault
- Azure Service Bus

- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code:

- Bicep
- ARM Templates
- Terraform

- Experience with:

- Azure Monitor
- Log Analytics
- Diagnostic Settings

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using:

- Azure DevOps
- GitHub Actions

- Strong troubleshooting and technical documentation skills.
- Preferred Certifications:

- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)

Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience configuring Fortinet Network Virtual Appliances (NVA) in Azure.
