Duties

- Design and craft custom balloon decorations for events such as parties, weddings, corporate functions, and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with clients and event planners to understand their vision and translate ideas into creative balloon displays.
- Prepare materials, select color schemes, and execute balloon arrangements using various techniques including twisting, tying, and sculpting.
- Incorporate digital design elements or motion graphics when needed to enhance visual presentations or promotional content.
- Use graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or InDesign to create complementary visual assets for event branding or marketing materials.
- Apply skills in 3D animation or motion graphics with tools like Adobe After Effects or Maya to produce engaging visual content for digital displays or social media promotions.




- Maintain a clean workspace, organize supplies efficiently, and ensure all safety standards are followed during setup and teardown processes.

Skills

- Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for creating visual assets.
- Experience with digital design tools such as SketchUp or CAD for planning large-scale balloon installations.
- Strong understanding of typography and visual arts painting techniques to enhance decorative elements.
- Knowledge of 3D animation, 2D animation, or motion graphics using Adobe After Effects or Maya to develop dynamic visual content.
- Familiarity with construction painting techniques for finishing touches on large displays.
- Ability to work with HTML and CSS if integrating digital components into displays or online promotions.
- Skilled in fashion design principles that can influence creative balloon styling and thematic concepts.
- Excellent craftsmanship in sculpture, sketching, and construction painting to produce detailed balloon sculptures.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
