Barber – Hiring Now

Snip N Style Salon is looking for a motivated Barber to join our team. Our shop focuses on delivering clean, stylish haircuts and excellent customer service in a professional yet relaxed environment. We serve a steady flow of clients and aim to create a excellent experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

If you enjoy barbering, take pride in your work, and want to grow in a supportive shop, we’d love to hear from you. We welcome barbers with different levels of experience who are passionate about the trade.

Pay: $18 – $25 per hour, or 50% commission (your choice, based on experience)

Job Duties

- Perform men’s haircuts including fades, tapers, and classic styles
- Provide beard trims and basic grooming services
- Maintain cleanliness of tools, equipment, and your workstation
- Deliver friendly and professional customer service
- Follow hygiene and sanitation standards
- Contribute to a positive and team-oriented work environment

Qualifications





- Barbering experience is helpful but not required — all experience levels can apply
- Good attention to detail and pride in your craft
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to work well with a team
