What we are looking for

- High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent preferred
- A minimum of two years of direct customer service experience is required
- Strong coffee knowledge and experience with latte art and specialty beverage preparation considered an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace




- Ability to make excellent sales to achieve performance in alignment with organizational goals and objectives
- Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills

- Must be able to transport up to 50 pounds on occasion and up to 35 pounds regularly
