Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
- Serve food items promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety and handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including food prep stations and dining spaces
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and addressing concerns promptly




- Follow all food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure health standards are met

Experience

- Previous experience as a barista or server in the food industry is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cash register technology
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service with a positive attitude
- Experience in food preparation, serving, and food handling practices is advantageous
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper hygiene practices in a food service workplace
