Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing exceptional customer service that enhances their overall experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies, adhering to food safety standards.
- Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process orders efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, restocking as needed to keep the bar fully equipped for busy periods.
- Follow all food safety and food handling protocols to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff.




- Collaborate with team members to create signature drinks or special promotions that excite our patrons.

Qualifications

- Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, especially in bar service or mixology roles.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems like Micros POS and cash handling procedures.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy hours seamlessly.
- Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to serve alcohol responsibly following all applicable laws and regulations.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and measuring ingredients for drinks.
- Food safety certification or willingness to obtain training prior to start date is highly desirable.
- Experience with food handling and food service operations is a plus.
- Demonstrated hospitality skills with a focus on creating positive guest interactions.
