At Cera Korean Tapas, we combine bold Korean flavours with a modern tapas-style dining experience, exceptional cocktails, and warm hospitality. We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced bartender to join our front-of-house team. If you're passionate about great drinks, outstanding service, and creating memorable guest experiences, we'd love to meet you.

Position

- Part-Time or Full-Time
- Evening and weekend availability required

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service to every guest
- Recommend drink pairings that complement our Korean-inspired menu
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar
- Process orders and payments accurately
- Follow all liquor service and health & safety regulations
- Work closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure a seamless guest experience

Qualifications




- 1–3 years of bartending experience
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork skills
- Serving It Right certification required (or ability to obtain before starting)
