Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including classic cocktails, signature drinks, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote a lively atmosphere.
- Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS for accurate order entry, billing, and cash handling procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change or totals.




- Follow food safety guidelines related to food handling, serving practices, and alcohol service regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service flow during busy hours while managing time effectively.

Experience

- Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly preferred, especially in bar service or mixology roles.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for order processing and cashiering.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in a lively setting.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills necessary for cash handling, calculating bills, tips, and change accurately.
- Experience in serving alcohol responsibly in accordance with local laws and regulations is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided if needed.
