Job Title: Bartender / Food Server/Cook

As a Bartender / Food Server, you will play a vital role in providing excellent service to our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Bartender Duties:

- Preparing and serving a diverse range of beverages, including classic cocktails, signature drinks, and non-alcoholic options.
- Engaging customers in a friendly and attentive manner, taking their orders, and recommending beverages based on their preferences.
- Maintaining the bar area, ensuring it is clean, well-stocked, and organized.
- Handling cash and processing payments accurately.
- Complying with all relevant health and safety regulations pertaining to the service of alcoholic beverages.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest mixology trends and regularly creating new drink recipes.

Food Server Duties:

- Greeting and seating guests, providing them with menus, and assisting with any questions they may have about the menu items.
- Taking food orders and communicating them promptly to the kitchen staff.




- Serving food in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring accuracy in each order.
- Anticipating the needs of guests and attending to their requests during their dining experience.
- Collaborating with other servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy dining area and ensuring tables are set properly for new guests.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Bartender and/or Food Server in a reputable restaurant or bar (preferred but not required for entry-level positions).
- Solid knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails and their ingredients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Ability to multitask effectively, especially during busy hours.
- A friendly and outgoing personality, with a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
- Must be of legal drinking age (for Bartender position) and meet any other legal requirements to work in this role.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time Pay: From $17.60 per hour

Experience:
- serving: 1 year (preferred)
- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
- Smart Serve (preferred)
