Job Summary

Join our vibrant team as a Before and After School Care Leader, where you will play a vital role in creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children before and after school hours. This position offers an exciting opportunity to foster learning, develop positive relationships, and support children’s growth through dynamic activities and attentive supervision. As a leader in our program, you will inspire confidence, promote educational enrichment, and ensure every child feels valued and supported during their time with us.

Duties

- Supervise children during before and after school periods, ensuring their safety at all times.
- Plan and implement engaging activities that promote early childhood development, including tutoring support and educational games.
- Foster a positive environment that encourages social interaction, creativity, and independence among children.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children’s progress, behavior, and daily experiences.
- Maintain a clean, organized activity space that adheres to health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with school staff and other caregivers to support children’s individual needs and routines.




- Support children with homework or tutoring activities to reinforce learning in a fun and encouraging way.
- Drop off and Pick up Students from schools to our centre.

Experience

- Prior experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead activities that foster learning, social skills, and emotional development.
- Experience providing tutoring or teaching support to young learners is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with enthusiasm and professionalism in a lively environment.
