Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Benefits Administrator at Globe Life AO.

The Benefits

Administrator will manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life, and supplemental insurance plans. Day-to-day tasks include processing new enrollments, terminations, and changes, ensuring accurate documentation and system updates, and responding to employee inquiries about coverage, eligibility, and claims. The role also involves coordinating and monitoring compliance with U.S. Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)



and COBRA requirements, preparing reports, and working with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues.

The Benefits

Administrator will collaborate with HR and leadership to support benefits-related communications, open enrollment activities, and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Benefits Administration and Employee Benefits management, including plan enrollment, changes, and terminations.
- Experience working with Insurance products and carriers, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance.
- Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and organizational skills, with proficiency benefits administration systems.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex benefits information in accessible language.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in HR, benefits, or insurance administration; associate or bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field is beneficial.
