As a Data Entry Clerk Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our data records. You will be responsible for inputting, verifying, and managing a wide range of data, ensuring that it is up-to-date, error-free, and readily accessible to support various departments within the company.

Fluency level bilingualism in English and French is a must (oral and written)

The schedule is

- 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
- Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

· Accurately input and update data into our systems and databases following established guidelines and procedures.

· Review and verify the accuracy of data to maintain data integrity and prevent errors.

· Help customers with buying decisions while implementing upselling opportunities.

· Process and update customer orders/quotes and/or changes to orders/quotes in a timely and accurate manner.

· Follow-up on orders, customer requests, complaints, returns and advise of any delays in a timely manner.





· Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma (DES) and/or any other relevant diploma for this position.

· Fluently bilingual in English and French (oral and written).

· Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role.

· Previous experience in sales (an asset).

· Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft office and SAP (an asset).

· Robust problem identification and problem resolution skills

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
