Mandatory Requirements

- 6–8 years of experience in Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance
- Multilingual proficiency in English and French (spoken and written)

- Solid proficiency in

Good-to-Have Skills

- Knowledge of the Canadian Property & Casualty Insurance Market
- Experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter or similar Policy Administration Systems
- Understanding of insurance compliance and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Key Responsibilities

- Add, modify, delete, and validate policy data for successful migration into the target Policy Administration Platform.
- Compare source system records with target system data and perform necessary corrections.

- Investigate and resolve policy conversion exceptions and errors.
- Monitor policy conversion queues and take corrective action on failed/errored policies.
- Support policy renewals by ensuring timely completion of policy conversion activities.
- Perform quality assurance checks and validation activities according to established QA frameworks.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client requirements.
- Document exceptions, risks, and issues identified during conversion activities.
