As a Blending Operator, you will support day-to-day manufacturing and production operations within the blending department at Irving Blending and Packaging. Your goal will be to produce high-quality finished products through the secure and efficient operation, setup, calibration, and monitoring of equipment used in blending, processing, packaging, loading, and material handling activities. Your success will be measured by your ability to consistently meet production targets, maintain quality and safety standards, optimize operational efficiency, effectively troubleshoot routine issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Operate, monitor, set up, and calibrate production equipment to ensure efficient performance

Follow safety, quality, and regulatory standards while completing all work accurately

Troubleshoot routine process and operational issues using technical knowledge and established procedures

Complete production assignments independently while adhering to standard work practices





Prioritize daily tasks and meet production targets and deadlines without compromising quality

Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to operational excellence

Your Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; a combination of education, training, and relevant work experience will also be considered

Experience in manufacturing, production, processing, packaging, or industrial operations is considered an asset, particularly in environments focused on safety, quality, and operational excellence

Experience operating production equipment, machinery, or process systems is considered an asset; relevant technical certifications, industrial training, and a demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and quality standards are preferred The expected salary range for this position is $54,380 - $67,975. Placement within the range will be based on relevant experience, qualifications and skills.
