Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring the integrity of our accounting processes. Your expertise will help streamline financial operations, support budgeting efforts, and contribute to the overall health of our organization.

Duties

- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities to ensure accurate financial data entry and recordkeeping
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports efficiently while maintaining compliance with company policies
- Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy
- Perform regular account analysis and prepare detailed account reconciliation reports for review
- Assist with payroll processing by verifying hours worked, deductions, and ensuring timely payments
- Support budgeting activities by tracking expenses and providing financial insights for planning purposes
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audit readiness and internal review
- Assist the team in identifying,



researching, and evaluating new vendors to support operational and business requirements.

Skills

- 3-4 years of accounting experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation processes
- Experience with payroll management and related compliance requirements
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to analyze financial data accurately
- Ability to perform bank reconciliations and conduct thorough account analysis
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and external vendors
- Knowledge of budgeting procedures to support financial planning efforts
