Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Boom Pump Operator to join our dynamic construction team. Duties

- Operate boom pumps safely and accurately to place concrete at designated locations on construction sites
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and identify maintenance needs
- Coordinate with the concrete crew to determine placement requirements and adjust operations accordingly
- Assist with loading and unloading materials using loaders, excavators, or other heavy machinery as needed
- Support related tasks such as paving, concrete forming, and finishing to ensure project specifications are met
- Maintain detailed logs of pump operation, inspections, and maintenance activities for safety compliance




- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and promote a secure work environment

Skills

- Strong mechanical knowledge of boom pump systems and related heavy equipment
- Proven construction experience with familiarity in paving, concrete forming, and finishing techniques
- Ability to operate heavy machinery.
- Valid commercial driver’s license with experience in heavy equipment operation and transport logistics
- Excellent understanding of safety standards and procedures relevant to construction sites
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and supervisors
- Adaptability to changing project needs with a proactive approach to problem-solving
