You will oversee transactional banking functions, deliver high levels of internal and external client service, adhere to compliance and audit requirements, and help maintain branch profitability.

Requirements Current accreditation and positive standing for CIRO-ID licensing

Strong organizational and administrative skills

Strong communication skills

Effective problem-solving skills Responsibilities Manage day-to-day branch operations and administration

Maintain office equipment and supplies

Coordinate office functions and events

Identify opportunities for increased efficiency

Monitor and control branch budget and expenses

Review and process accounts payable for Branch Manager approval

Monitor branch summary of revenue and expenses

Assist with Investment Advisor duties such as processing buy/sell orders

Write up trade tickets with accurate trade particulars

Coordinate notifications of new stock and bond issues, cease trades and halt trading
