Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic bread baker to join our team. This role will focus on bread production. The position is Monday to Friday with reasonable start times.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, mix, and bake a variety of loaves, sourdough, buns, pizza crust and specialty breads according to recipes and production schedules
- Ensure consistency in quality, appearance, and taste of baked goods
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with food safety standards
- Manage inventory of ingredients and notify management of supply needs
- Assist with other baking tasks as needed
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily production goals

Qualifications:





- Previous baking experience (professional or home-based with strong skills) preferred
- Knowledge of gluten-free and dairy-free baking an asset, but training can be provided
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Team-oriented attitude with a passion for baking
