Lakeview Bakery has both a traditional bakery and a gluten free location. We are looking for the right person to join our production team at our gluten free location located in Oakridge, Sw Calgary

We are looking for the right person to be able to produce both:

1 Bread and bread dough based products: : Mixing from scratch, portioning and baking our bread and bread based products

1. Pastry based products. This includes; squares, scones, cookies, etc

Display a creative side and desire to come up with unique bakery items

We would require

Proven experience with a desire to learn new items and develop complimentary items.

Shift start times are flexible, but we would require availability from Monday to Saturday, 5 shifts a week

Later in the day start





1pm to 9pm or 2pm to 10pm, etc

This would be a Full time hourly paid position based on experience
