Position Overview

We're seeking a full-time Budtender who is passionate about cannabis, thrives in customer-facing roles, and can confidently operate the store independently when needed. The successful candidate will assist customers, maintain store standards, and support overall operations.

About Us The Local Leaf Cannabis is a proudly independent cannabis retailer focused on exceptional customer service, curated product selections, and a welcoming atmosphere. Our Victoria location is growing, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Budtender to join our team!

Responsibilities (may vary according to the position)

- Provide excellent customer service
- Verify ID of all customers
- Maintain cleanliness of store inside and outside
- Have knowledge of all products and brands to better serve the customer
- Establish trust and rapport with guests
- Receiving orders, stocking, cash handling
- Ordering the products
- Be updated with the new launches and customer desire to buy the products.

Requirements:

- Valid Selling it Right Certificate (required by the province)




- Previous cannabis experience required (legal cannabis industry experience preferred but not required)
- Weekend/Evening availability
- Great attitude and work ethic

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $19-$20.00 per hour
