As well as assuming responsibility for their own performance, individuals at this level provide leadership, guidance, and support to others. They have responsibility for organising and monitoring the output of their team.

Individuals will also apply solutions to a range of predictable and unpredictable problems and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources.

We Use a Range Of Assessment Methods For This Qualification, Including short answers projects activities workplace observation observation in a simulated workplace.

Duration

This qualification can be completed in up to thirty-six months, dependent on the student's experience, Credit Transfer (CT) or Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).
