We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Building Superintendent to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and safety of our building facilities. Duties

- Manage and coordinate all building maintenance activities, including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
- Supervise maintenance staff and external contractors to ensure timely completion of repairs and projects.
- Oversee the implementation of preventative maintenance programs using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Monitor building systems through schematics, control panels, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to identify issues proactively.
- Conduct routine inspections of the facility to ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
- Lead project management efforts for upgrades or renovations, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within scope.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections,



and repairs for accountability and reporting purposes.

Qualifications

- Proven management experience with a strong background in supervising maintenance teams or facilities operations.
- Knowledge of industrial maintenance practices, including mechanical systems, electrical wiring (including low voltage), HVAC systems, and schematics.
- Experience working with CMMS software for work order tracking and asset management.
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) used in building automation systems.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience to troubleshoot complex building issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English to collaborate with team members, vendors, and stakeholders.
