Hiring: Business Analyst (Banking)

Interview: Face-to-Face Required We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst with a strong Banking/Financial Services background to join a leading client in Toronto. ? Must-Have Skills:

✔️ 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA)

✔️ 5+ years of Banking/Financial Services experience

✔️ Requirements gathering and analysis

✔️ Data analysis and data mapping

✔️ Use case development and system documentation (BRD/FRD)

✔️ Experience supporting Development, QA, SIT, and UAT

✔️ Solid stakeholder management and communication skills

✔️ Ability to identify risks, dependencies, assumptions, and constraints ? Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements




- Perform data analysis and data mapping activities
- Develop use cases and functional documentation
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams throughout the SDLC
- Review test plans, test scenarios, and test cases
- Support QA and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
