Business Analyst Contractor

Someone who cares about your clients THE GOAL In this hybrid role, our Business Analysts are the key catalyst between our clients and our technical team. They know how to assess business problems, ask the right questions and translate those requirements to make a software project succeed.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES
Evaluate business processes, anticipate and uncover requirements,
determine areas of improvement for existing systems and processes, develop superior solutions
Work with a wide variety of technologies, and an even wider variety of clients in a number of different domains
Detailed project planning, documentation and reporting
Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements
Contribute to the allocation of resources, identifying cost efficiencies and supporting the management of competing priorities
Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports
Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of project objectives
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
Perform risk analysis, communicate and work to minimize risks associated with project delivery
Stay up to date on current best practices in the areas of business process and documentation and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems THE REQUIREMENTS
Solid understanding of software development life cycle models, as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment
Ability to influence stakeholders and work collaboratively to determine acceptable solutions
Experience working in a large enterprise environment, building consensus and connecting business objectives from various units into a cohesive strategy
Proven experience working with a multi-disciplinary team bringing your unique skill set to the table
Bring a client service mind set to all you do and help guide others to do the same
In-office presence required in hybrid role.
