Role & Responsibilities

- Translate business needs into functional requirements, process flows, and user stories for engineering, product, and compliance teams.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshop sessions, and gap analyses to map current-state workflows and define future-state solutions.
- Own end-to-end documentation: BRDs, FRDs, process diagrams (BPMN/UML), and acceptance criteria for sprint delivery.
- Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to validate metrics, KPI dashboards, and reporting logic aligned to business goals.
- Support UAT testing, defect triage, and change management for enterprise-grade fintech modules (e.g.,



credit underwriting, collections automation, KYC workflows).
- Track ROI of implemented solutions using cost-benefit models and stakeholder feedback loops.
