Business Analyst – Order Management System (OMS) & Retail Supply Chain

Location : Mississauga, ON

Onsite (5 Days WFO)

Role Description

Responsibilities

- Understand and document current business processes and requirements.
- Translate requirements into user stories in an agile environment using Jira and Confluence.
- Develop comprehensive user test cases, execute them, and document the results.
- Participate in the design, development, and implementation of a given system.
- Collaborate with the development team and stakeholders to ensure the system meets business needs and expectations.
- Oversee the Quality Assurance function to ensure the new system performs as expected and adheres to quality standards.
- Use MS Office and draw.io to create reports and visual representations of system processes.
- Apply supply chain Transportation knowledge.
- Perform other duties as assigned, in addition to the ones listed above.

Requirements

- 6–8 years of Business Systems Analysis experience with a strong focus on Order Management & Replenishment.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on Quality Assurance experience.
- Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst with a strong focus on QA.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Office, and draw.io.




- Proven experience in OMS implementations and retail or distribution-based replenishment operations.
- Strong understanding of supply chain operations, inventory allocation, order lifecycle management, and replenishment processes.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, agile environment with a commitment to quality and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple project deadlines.
- Retail background is an asset but not mandatory.
- Must be a self-starter and able to ask relevant questions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

- Agile methodology certification is an asset.
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) is an asset.
