Job Summary: Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and document functional needs for successful project delivery. Support Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities, including impact assessment, communication planning, training coordination, and stakeholder readiness. Collaborate with project teams to ensure business solutions are adopted effectively and deliver measurable value to the organization.

Key Responsibilities

· Partner with stakeholders to gather and document business and functional requirements.

· Analyze business processes and translate business needs into functional solutions.

Support Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities, including:

· Impact assessment

· Support the delivery of business solutions that provide measurable value to the organization.
