What You'll Do

- Identify and research potential business clients
- Reach out to companies through cold calls, emails, and networking
- Visit businesses in person to introduce our staffing services




- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Schedule meetings and present our staffing solutions
- Follow up with leads and manage your sales pipeline
- Work with our recruitment team to match clients with qualified candidates

What We're Looking For
- Sales or business development experience is an asset
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable making cold calls and generating new business
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Organized and goal-oriented
- Valid G driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Willing to travel throughout the GTA to meet clients
