Role : Business Systems Analyst (Fast track)

Location: Toronto (Hybrid — 2-3 days/week )

Job type: Contract(6 Months) - High possibility of Extention

Pay : CAD $50 /Hour

Role Overview:

We’re currently hiring for a Data & Reporting Analyst and wanted to see if you have any suitable candidates you could recommend. Below is a high-level overview of the role.

Digital Analytics / Data & Reporting Analyst:

We are looking for a technically solid and detail-oriented professional to support recurring data refresh cycles, data preparation, reporting updates, and ad hoc analytical requests. The role involves gathering and standardizing data from multiple sources, maintaining reporting assets, and performing QA and validation to ensure outputs align with established data models and KPI definitions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc dashboards and reports to deliver meaningful insights to business stakeholders across multiple lines of business.
- Analyze complex business problems and data sets to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Monitor data pipelines,



perform data quality testing, and troubleshoot issues to ensure data integrity and reliability.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and identify opportunities to enhance existing reporting and visualization solutions.
- Create intuitive and impactful data visualizations that enable effective decision-making.
- Maintain documentation for dashboards, reporting assets, and internal processes in accordance with risk and governance standards.

Qualifications:

- 3–5 years of relevant experience, supported by a post-secondary degree in a related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong knowledge of data preparation, reporting, analytics, and statistical tools, including SAS, Python, SQL, Power BI, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Google Analytics, Looker, and LookML.
- Prior experience working with digital analytics data, including Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics.
