Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Food Runner to join our dynamic restaurant team. Duties

- Deliver prepared food orders from the kitchen to guests in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure all dishes are presented properly and meet quality standards before serving
- Assist servers with refilling beverages and clearing tables as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and management to coordinate service flow
- Handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures at all times
- Support the overall cleanliness of the restaurant, including cleaning tables and resetting for new guests




- Respond promptly to guest requests or concerns to enhance their dining experience

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry is preferred but not required
- Solid communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards and basic cleaning procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends and evenings if necessary
- Basic understanding of restaurant operations and food industry standards is a plus
